Chrystal Torry, Founder and CEO of Createavision HR, brings over 15 years of human resources experience across diverse industries, including life sciences, finance, education, healthcare, marketing, and nonprofit organizations. She has a proven track record of leading people operations, optimizing workforce performance, and driving strategic HR management initiatives.

 

Chrystal holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business from Woodbury University and a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from National University. She is also a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) through HRCI. In addition, she is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the International Association of Professional Human Resource Consultants (IAPO). She remains committed to staying current with evolving employment laws, industry best practices, and
innovative HR solutions. Her experience spans organizations of varying sizes from startups to mid-sized companies where she has successfully addressed complex workforce challenges and delivered measurable results. Chrystal’s approach centers on aligning people strategies with business objectives, creating sustainable change that enhances both organizational performance and employee engagement.

 

Outside of her professional work, Chrystal values living a well-balanced and fulfilling life. She enjoys traveling and exploring new destinations, from local hidden gems to diverse cultures around the world. She is also passionate about giving back and supporting meaningful causes that positively impact others.
